PROJECTS
Based in a process of analysis of needs and requirements of our customer; we carry on a complete detailed documentation in all project phases: Concept and Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents.
Every new project is different we take care of it as our child.
SITE MANAGEMENT
We provide support to the Project Team along construction works: to answer doubts and evaluate different solutions and alternatives proposed.
We assist to the site meetings and supervise how systems are installed.
COORDINATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SYSTEMS
We get involved and committed in management of the entry in operation of systems, both in the phase of construction and post-construction with different providers.
Coordinate integration between systems and providers or players. Finally, we control the As-Built documentation of the project.
SPECIALIZATION
CABLING
They are the physical support of services like voice, data, audio, video.
A good design and installation practices are critical to assure full functionality over 25 years, over twisted pairs (upto Cat 7A), optical fiber (OM4, OS2), coaxial or audiovisual cabling.
LAN / WAN NETWORKS
Systems that use IP as transport protocol are growing (i.e. intercom, DAS, etc.). For that reason, LAN / WAN are getting more important and complex at the same time.
Parameters like Security, Redundancy, Segmentation, Quality of Service in networks have to be included in the design.
GPON
Gigabit Passive Optical Networks are an alternative to traditional networks over twisted pair and reduce the active equipment in distribution layer.
Easy of maintenance, reduction of space in racks and cable trays, longer distances and cost reduction in medium and large projects are its main benefits.
WIRELESS NETWORKS
Demand of users and customers for a fast and reliable WIFI access is growing and becomes a must. With this objective in mind, security, number of users and applications supported (video, VoWIFI, etc.) should be considered.
Simulation, design and site survey tools are necessary to achieve an optimal design.
TELEPHONY
From a classical solution, it is possible to integrate 2-Way Radio, Wireless telephony (DECT, WIFI), mobiles and alert systems that send alarm messages to handsets.
Through unified communications we integrate telephony, messages, mails, audio, video; over any fixed terminal, wireless device or softphone.
TELCO SUPPLIERS
Integration in the Project of requirements from telco related to entry path, space and equipment prevision. Even though its project and execution are done by themselves.
MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEMS
Allow automation and control of homes, buildings or hotel guest rooms.
We obtain energy efficiency, confort, security and audiovisual integration. Thanks to communications, it is possible a remote management of system.
TV
Distribution of TV contents has fully entered in IP world. Not only played in TV, but in mobile devices (WIFI, GSM). The system converges in an interactive portal to access services (VoD, Digital Signage, etc.).
In hotel guest rooms, guests major demand is stream own contents from their devices into room TV wirelessly.
AUDIOVISUAL SYSTEMS
We study quality of audio and video equipment; analogue, digital or IP signal distribution; operation of AV; and integration with third party management and control systems.
In architectural acoustics we analyze how to shape spaces, and requirements to isolate acoustically to air and impact noise.
SECURITY
Is a key factor to protect people and spaces with CCTV, Intrusion detection and Access Control.
These systems can be integrated in a graphic user interface to easily manage security globally.
COMMON INFRASTRUCTURE OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS (ICT)
Determines the necessary infrastructure to provide services to buildings with competition of telco services.
ICT Projects, as per RD346/2011, are mandatory in Spain, in all residential, offices or commercial building, with horizontal division or for rent above one year.
